Mother – God’s Masterpiece

My story is not about How I will make my mother smile. Its about How I made my mother smile.

First of all I will introduce my family.
My family consist of 5 members. Both my father and mother are Teacher. I am the eldest son of family & I have one younger brother and one younger sister.

Now Coming to My story –

My mother don’t have any brother, They are 6 sisters, out of them 5 lives in Gujrat and only my mother married in rajasthan. So we lives in Rajasthan. My mother’s cousin brother also lives in Gujrat so My Mausi ties Rakhi to their cousin on the festival of rakhi. But My mother was not able to go there for one day because her son and daughter comes to home on festival so she could not go anywhere else.

Every rakhi me, my younger brother and younger sister enjoyed this festival. But we didn’t think about my mother that “How she feels, How much She miss her brother… when my sister ties rakhi on my hand I gift her, We capture pics, We enjoys alot”. In Between All this my mother was crying inside, Till the time I never realised that thing but this rakhi I realised that Anyhow I have to make my mother happy this rakhi.

After all the celebration of rakhi, In Evening all of our family members were sitting and watching Television, At that time I could see the pain of not having brother in my mother’s eyes. I went to her with a Rakhi And told her “Mummy Mujhe Rakhi Bandho, Me Aapka Beta toh tha hi, Ab se Aapka Bhai bhi hu, Thik He naa”.
My mother Starts Crying then We all came to know “How much she is crying from years. No one realised this thing yet.”

Even my father was having tears in his eyes at that time. But after all this emotions She agreed to tie rakhi on my hand. And the smile she had at that time when she was tieing Rakhi on my hands, I can’t explain. Amazing Feeling. I have also given her a gift as “shagun” which i used to give to my sister.

I never had this kind of Happiness in my lifetime, which i had on this rakhi.
Nothing feels more better than seeing your mother is happy because of you.

So It was all about My First Effort to Make my Mother Smile & I will make more effort as much as i can in future to make every mother smile.
I think My mother is my biggest influence. There are so many things I hate about her but at the same time I am thankful to her.
One day, we all will realize that our mom was the best friend we never knew we had. For me, that day has come. Thanks mom.
